Database Latency and Uptime Issues

Today, November 13, at approximately 8:15 am to 9:20 am EST, our database servers become overloaded which may have caused latency, issues logging into the application, as well as issues related to email sends and automations.

All systems are back online. All components are now in an operational status. We will continue to monitor the application and our investigation into the root cause of the issue. Please review any email sends that were scheduled during the incident window.

You may continue to view storyports.statuspage.io for updates regarding system operations, we will provide a postmortem after our investigation is complete.
